Maternity Shoot

Earlier this week I had the privilege of photographing a maternity shoot. It’s been a little while since I’ve done a maternity shoot and was a bit nervous about it. I met her though a friend and we did practice social distancing. The social distancing part wasn’t the fun part of the shoot but we didn’t let it get in our way. It was such a fun shoot, so much laughter and beautiful weather even though the wind machine could have been turned down just a little bit. She is gorgeous(obviously) and so easy to photograph and the shots reflect that. She has the photos and loves them and is excited about them. Nothing makes me happier then creating photos and having people love them.
For many years I didn’t want to do portraits because I didn’t think I would be could enough and telling people how to pose scared me. I’m also introverted and I’ve been in jobs that have taken a lot of my energy. If I could have more photoshoots like this I would be one happy woman.
