22 goals for 2022
I listen to a podcast called Happier by Gretchen Rubin. Gretchen and her sister for the last couple of years done resolutions but a little differently. The list includes the last number of the year, like 19 in 2019 or 20 in 2020. I have done it the last three years or so and I haven’t done that well on them. I think it’s a combination of trying to be too ambitious and putting things on there I didn’t really want to do. I put them on there because I thought it was the thing to do. This year I tried to put things on the list that will challenge me but I actually want to do. A couple of the items on the list are repeats from last year, like creating a photo book or creating a video every month. Making a video a month I think was a little too ambitious because I also had school and work so I just didn’t have the time to put into making a video. The photo book I could have done but I just didn’t sit down to decide on photos.
