Drinks and Quarantine

Being off of social media and being home by myself for several days as brought on a whole new level of crazy. I LOVE coffee and coke-a-cola, I really love coke-a-cola bottles. I got chipotle delivered by DOOR-DASH and got coke-a-cola bottles. Before I got the coke-a-cola bottles from lunch I decided to spend some time taking photos of my coffee.
I got this mug from Target or at least I think I did. A short tangent on the mug. I love the reminder that kindness takes courage. Showing kindness when others can’t or won’t takes courage. It helps me to remember to give kindness whenever I can. End tangent. I was taking of a photo in my kitchen and I wasn’t really liking the lighting so decided to take it outside to my balcony. I’ve been trying this technique, which I don’t know the name of, where you shoot something else and focus on the subject. I haven’t had much time to practice it and decided it do it with my coffee and a chair on my balcony. I love how they turned out and it was fun to have ones that I think are super cool looking.
I thought about doing some thing with the bottles of coke-a-cola because I’ve done shots with them before several years before. I’ve grown as a photographer and I thought it would be fun to see what I could do with them now. I got two of them and only used one so far. I’m trying to figure out how I want to use the other one. I have the empty bottle of the one I drank so I will use both empty bottles for something. I’ll look something up or better yet if you have any ideas I would love to hear your ideas. I have put a gallery of all of my favorites I took today. I’m going to come up with a better ones for my coffee.
