Adventure in a Conservatory
Beauty surrounds us, but usually we need to be walking in a garden to know it.

I went to the Garfield Park Conservatory which is on the Chicago's west side. I've been here plenty of times before in the last couple of years. I've been wanting to go for a couple of weeks and just hadn't made it out there. I decided to make it these month's adventure. One of their rooms is called the Show Room and it changes every couple of weeks and it was changed last week to a spring like collection.
This place has become one of my favorite places to come to during the winter months. I'm able to see beauty that is normally covered by snow and gray skies. I'm able to photograph and walk around with a coat on. I LOATH bieng cold but wearing my camera strap over my coat isn't comfotable for me. There are days where I have to be uncomforable because I'm cold or because of my camera strap. When I got to the conservatory it solves both problems. It was a afternoon adventure to get photographs I'm proud of. I took over THREE HUNDRED photos yesterday so these are only a fraction of what I like but these were fairly easy to edit which is why they are bieng shared. I hope you enjoy.
